Included In House Services
Day of Coordinator
Our package includes our in-house Day of Coordinator to ensure that your special day runs as smoothly as possible. This allows you to relax and enjoy your wedding day knowing that everything is taken care of! Reegan will be on-site for your wedding day helping to execute your timeline, managing and directing vendors as well as family members and the wedding party. She will also be ensuring proper equipment layout and placement per your floor plan, and more!
Decorations
Harvest Moon offers a large amount of decor included and already set up such as candles, greenery, and 3 separate photo walls as well as full access to our LARGE decor room! Although our venue is beautiful in itself and needs very little decor to be breath taking, we are here to provide resources to ensure your day is exactly what you have envisioned!
Tables and Chairs
We believe that every detail counts, and that includes your tables and chairs. That's why we provide top-of-the-line seating in all of our packages. Our 72-inch round tables can comfortably accommodate all of your guests, while our chairs offer a touch of elegance to your reception. We also include tables for dessert, guest book, memory table and more! Set up and tear down for all tables and chairs is INCLUDED in the package price!
Bartending
We provide professional in-house bartending services included in all of our packages to ensure that your special day is unforgettable and runs as smooth as possible. The couple brings all alcoholic/ non alcoholic drinks ahead of time, and our bartenders will serve it! At the end of the event, the couple takes home the leftover alcohol (and yes, this is a big money saver!!) We also include ice and liquor liability insurance!
Engagement Sessions
We offer free engagement sessions for couples who book with us! With your photographer of choice and our sprawling 120-acre property, your engagement pictures will be nothing short of stunning. Our golf cart is also included in this session!

Mimosa Bar
We elevate your bridal suite experience with a complimentary mimosa bar at our Bubbly Bar! Gather with your dearest friends and enjoy delicious mimosas, adding an unforgettable touch to your special day! Here's to love, laughter, and an amazing kickoff to your wedding celebrations!
Golf Cart Access
Our wedding venue offers a unique experience, complete with a 4 person fully loaded golf cart fitted with bluetooth speakers and driver to transport your guests on the day of your event. Although everything in our venue is within very close proximity, this added touch of luxury ensures that your special day is perfect in every way. The couple and photographer are also able to take it out to find the perfect picture spots unique to them!
Optional Add-ons
Linen Rental Service
You are more than welcome to bring in your own linens, but we offer a high quality linen rental service to make your wedding planning process a breeze. All of our linens get professionally dry cleaned, steamed, pressed and are on our tables awaiting your arrival! And when your event is over, you leave them exactly how they are and we will take care of them!
Decor Set Up
For couples who would like extra help, our day of coordinator offers the option to add three additional hours for her to help set up your decorations for a small fee, allowing you and your family to focus more time on getting ready and enjoying the day!
Friday Weddings- Thursday Evening Set Up
Friday weddings are automatically scheduled for the final rehearsal time slot on Thursday evening. Friday wedding couples have the option to add additional hours on Thursday evening for a small fee. During this extended time, you’re welcome to host your rehearsal dinner on-site and begin setting up your décor, making it easy to keep everything in one place and get a head start on preparing for your big day.
