BRAND NEW Ability to add on Harvest Moon's Personal Day Day of Coordinator
We are very excited to welcome Reegan Honaker to the Harvest Moon staff as our very own day-of coordinator! This special service will be an optional addition to your package, beginning with weddings scheduled for 2025.
Reegan will be your go-to person, starting a month before your big day, through the day of the wedding. She will assist with all wedding details, including, but not limited to, helping you prepare a timeline, executing it on your wedding day, coordinating with vendors, rehearsal run-through, plus set up and clean up! Please reach out for pricing information and any questions you may have about Reegan’s services.
Decorations
Harvest Moon offers a large selection of rental decor items such as florals and centerpieces, as well as decor items that are included in the price such as candles, greenery, and 2 separate photo walls! Although our venue is beautiful in itself and needs very little decor to be breath taking, we are here to provide resources to ensure your day is exactly what you have envisioned!
Tables and chairs
We believe that every detail counts, and that includes your tables and chairs. That's why we provide top-of-the-line seating in all of our packages. Our 72-inch round tables can comfortably accommodate all of your guests, while our chairs offer a touch of elegance to your reception.

Linen Rental Service
At our wedding venue, we offer a high quality yet affordable linen rental service to make your wedding planning process a breeze. With our linen rental service, you have one less thing to worry about!
Golf Cart access
Our wedding venue offers a unique experience, complete with a 4 person fully loaded golf cart fitted with bluetooth speakers and driver to transport your guests on the day of your event. Although everything in our venue is within very close proximity, this added touch of luxury ensures that your special day is perfect in every way. The couple and photographer are also able to take it out to find the perfect picture spots unique to them!
Engagement sessions
We offer free engagement sessions for couples who book with us! With your photographer of choice and our sprawling 120-acre property, your engagement pictures will be nothing short of stunning. Our golf cart is also included in this session!
